  Ordered 1 McGriddles and 1 sausage biscuit with egg and cheese. The biscuit came with a hard bun that was barely edible, and no cheese. Had to throw bun out the window to the birds. Service itself was fine though.

  I went the Newton Falls McDonalds on Monday 1-16-17, I bought dinner for my family. My husband and daughter had nuggets I had a big mac. Needless to say I was sick with in a few hours after eating the burger and ended up in the hospital with severe dehydration and nausea drs believe was due to food poisoning. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

  I am sorry to even give this McDonald's one star, every time I go there they mess up the order something as simple as a drink. I can't wait for the taco bell to open, I truly believe McDonald's is going to hurt. Take pride in your job it's not a difficult job, I've worked fast food before and it is not rocket science. I normally don't give bad reviews but after years of bad service I can no longer not say anything. Plenty of other people would like that job. I am not trying to be a rat but maybe the employees should lay off the Marijuana they're smoking in the parking lot. I can smoke out and still do my job wtf McDonald's.
